If a client demands a refund after the service has been rendered or after 24 hours have passed since the time of purchase, their claim will not be considered.
The processing time for refund determination is 15 working days. The amount of the refund is credited to the customer's bank account 7 working days after the refund is decided. Refunds are deposited in the same bank that handled the original transaction.
The client must abide by the company's final and binding decision on refunds.
Orders are only executed after the applicant's Aadhaar has been verified and the OTP has been submitted with us.
We won't be able to process the certificate if the applicants are unable to give their OTP for any reason or refuse to share their OTP. Cases like these would be regarded as "NOT PROCESSED DUE TO NON COOPERATION BY CLIENT" and no refund will be given in such cases.
NOTE: BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION, FOR THE SHARE OF DETAILS ETC., WE TOOK A SPECIFIC ACCEPTANCE FROM THE APPLICANT TO REMOVE DOUBTS. This is an obligatory agreement that must be made in order to submit the form on the portal. Applications cannot be submitted if this stipulation is not accepted.
REVISION TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
The administration has not yet made the Udyam Registration portal accessible, nevertheless.
Customers who have placed orders for Udyog Aadhaar but have not received them owing to the aforementioned cause will be given Udyam Registration Certificates, and they will provide their free agreement to have Udyam Certification performed in place of Udyog Aadhaar.
