We operate under a NO CANCELLATION POLICY.
Any order placed with us can only be canceled if we are unable to provide the requested service. When delivery from our end is not possible, reimbursements will be granted to the client after internet and handling fees (about Rs. 300) have been subtracted.
Note: : Failure to deliver services from our end shall not include non-delivery due to any deficiency in documents, non-provision of OTP (ONE TIME PASSWORD), or any other shortcoming or lack of cooperation from client side that makes delivery of services impossible on our end. If there is no performance issue on our end, there will be no refunds available.
We operate under a NO REFUND POLICY.
However, in cases where a customer requests in writing to cancel an order within 4 hours of making a payment or having an application processed, whichever comes first, our company officials will weigh the merits of the situation and determine whether to issue a refund. Additionally, under these circumstances, the amount of the refund cannot exceed 50% of the client's payment.
It is hereby expressly provided that no refund claims will be granted if a client seeks cancellation or a refund of fees more than 4 hours after completing the payment or processing the application, whichever occurs first. The client must abide by the company's final and binding decision on refunds.
Note : Refund determination and refund initiation, per our company's policy, take 12 to 15 working days. Following the start of the refund process, the bank needs 5 to 7 working days to credit the money to the client's account.
